Music March Begins!

What's up Krome Fam!

I'm not gonna beat around the bush here. Welcome to Music March!

What's "Music March" you ask?
Well, here on the Krome Radio Blog we will be posting a song a day.  That's right.  Everyday.  These songs will be Krome hits (and maybe some Krome misses), songs we love (and songs we love to not love'), new music, and oldies (but goodies)!

Check the blog daily, or better still do yourself a favor, and - Subscribe to the blog!

To start us off-

"Bolero" by Tohoshinki

An "oldie but a goodie!" I can't think of any other song that inspires, moves, and just sounds great no matter how long ago it was released!  It's a very nostalgic song, especially with Cassie's everywhere still not fully recovered from the break up.  Enjoy~!

3rd Show: Krome NG's/Haiti

Hey all, thanks to all that tuned in and hit us up while we were on-air! The Krome family keeps growing; that's really awesome!  This week we announced that our Interview for NEXT week will be JOHNNY PHLO!! Fantastic right? There will be a post coming up soon about that.

Be SURE to check that out, it took a lot of hard work and it's for a great cause.   We also had a phone call from Nee_Nr, from twitter, who told us about her experience with meeting (Bi) Rain!!

Rome's Rant: Remembering TVXQ!

I've said it before, it can be hard to 'Keep the Faith.' I'm having a hard time myself.

After a looong talk with EmpressB7, who's always helps me out in TVXQ! matters, and listening to the first few seconds of the new 'Jiggy' F.Cuz teaser (which sounded a bit like "Hi Ya Ya") - I suddenly had the urge and desire to listen to "Hi Ya Ya." After that, I listened to another song by them, and another and another.

So to fans having a hard time keeping the faith, I hope these videos help you out... Let's remember our boys together!

This is Hi Ya Ya. Check out Max's acting... so good! Yunho does his 'googley' eye thing, LOL. Haha, and 'cam whore' JJ can't seem to stop trying to seduce the camera.

Magic Castle, for Christmas. If they're beginning a capella (dont look at their style lol) doesnt blow you away? I dunno about you...

My Destiny. Hahah remember how creepy Micky is in the attic of this house? He would.

Surbiber... I mean Survivor. I never noticed how intricate the opening dance was!

SMILE SMILE

Summer Dream is a fun song! Watch at the end, everyone does what Xiah does! haha, it's hilarious! I just noticed it...

Here is a performance Empress sent me, they do something similar in the end. The great horizon dance makes it appearance as well as some other comical moves.

Let's not forget the greatness that is Bolero.

And there are so many more...
Feel free to drop your own Remembering TVXQ! videos.

For my birthday, my sister, who... got engaged today..., gave me "All About TVXQ! 3" I think I might go watch it. It's still unopened, lol.

Trying really hard to 'Keep the Faith,'

Covers, Collborations, and Cool Chicks

Covers, Collaborations, and Cool Chicks!: The Fourth Show

Yes! Mad Alliteration skills for a mad 4th show! Eat it.

So, this week's theme was actually pretty great (and so was the show). We (Rome and Adio, the Cool Chicks of Krome Radio) played the awesome Cover 'Gee' By Natalie White (aka PumaShock). PumaShock was featured on the famed Korean Show Star King for her cover and won the hearts of many kpop fans all over. In fact she is partly the reason why I (Rome) have warmed up to covers of all kinds as well as 'Gee.' Nice. In any case, check Pumashock out at her website, blog, and twitter for maximum Pumashock-ness and more about her.

The Question of the week was about Collaborations... what kpop, jpop, cpop, pop collab would be crazy (good or just off)? Feel free to drop your answers in the comments, in fact, that'd be real nice. For the question, we played some collabs like Akon and Wilber Pan, Crown J with Lena Park and Navi, JJ Lin with FAMA, BoA with Sean Garrett, and Chunglim with BENZI. You could say Krome Radio collaborated with Pumashock to debut her cover in Radioland. To further the spirit of collabs, you might also say that Krome Radio contributing to the gorgeous Babelpop.com website soon as some kind of a collab. SHINee and 4 Minute,...

TVXQ and Hello Kitty,... Miyavi and Melody (...baby's coming soon) all definitely count as a collabs of some kind as well...
